Daniel’s area of expertise is quite varied; he has sold property in all price ranges including luxury waterfront homes, multi-million dollar in-city condos and investment properties. Noted for his strong negotiations expertise and maximizing the value of homes, he has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal for his strategy in winning a highly contested bidding war on a Mercer Island waterfront home sale where he was representing the buyer.

Daniel was raised on the East Coast and recruited to play tennis at Springfield College in Massachusetts. He graduated with a Business Management degree and subsequently began working in the advertising/fashion industry in New York City. He spent the remainder of his twenties living and working in Manhattan and was fortunate enough to travel the world extensively for work.

After his time in New York City, Daniel moved to Seattle and began a very successful business career. He co-owned a 15+person, award-winning, nationally acclaimed interior design firm for many years. His love for real estate, business, and high-end design subsequently led him to start selling real estate exclusively.

Daniel is licensed in both Washington state and California with a loyal following of referral and repeat clients up and down the west coast.  Daniel spends much of his free time with his family and friends. He loves playing tennis and golf and is also a fan of the arts, design and travel.
